Please make yourself at home! Enjoy the porch & patio areas & back yard, but please remember no smoking on the property. I have a strong WiFi connection for your use, the code is provided once booking is confirmed. You will have access to common areas, kitchen, foyer, living room, outdoor spaces. We have key-less entry for both entry door and bedroom door.
Interaction with guests
I can be as interactive or as distant as you like. I'm happy to offer suggestions for places to visit, or things to do. I am also available via text/phone anytime.
Other things to note
Built in 1889, a lovely renovated Victorian with lots of character and charm. You'll love the hardwood floors high ceilings. Fully equipped with games, TV monitor, private patio etc. We appreciate that guests contribute by picking up after themselves, as we all achieve keeping our communal space neat & tidy. Thank you.

This is a well-maintained house that I'm sure has a lot of history behind it. Our stay was very comfortable (even for a picky sleeper like me). Theresa was very enthusiastic and kind. Recommended.
The room was exactly as pictured and the bed was really comfortable. Keyless entry made checking-in hassle free since I didn't have to coordinate my arrival with Theresa, but she still made sure I got in ok. Parking was off-street and secure, which was great because I was in the process of moving and felt comfortable leaving things in my car.
I give everything a 5 stars . Theresa was very helpful when it came for me to check in and check out . Everything was clean and well organized and even though other guest were there I rarely saw or heard them . The place was quite and also the Neighborhood
fantastic value and in a lovely part of East Atlanta. Theresa made everything easy, right down to how to get in and out. very polite and cordial - made my trip so easy!
