This charming home was built in 1918 so it has historical charm with high wood ceilings and Cuban tile accents on the front porch and in a guest bath, yet it has all the amenities of a modern high-tech home: Smart Box technology and audio speakers in each room, and outside on the lanai; top of the line stainless appliances and Bosch washer/dryer. All bedrooms have access to the outside through patio doors; one opening on to it's own deck, and the master and second guest room opening to the back deck and pool. Floors are terrazzo with the exception of the master bedroom which is hardwood. All bathrooms are tile. The kitchen is a cook's dream with lots of granite and stainless, a five burner cooktop with a Jenn-Air downdraft exhaust and a built in chopping board.
