Only 5 blocks from the quiet Chesapeake Bay beach, this beautifully renovated home with front porch and two rear decks is walking or biking distance from restaurants, shops, golf and marina. There is off street parking in the front and rear alley access is perfect for boat parking.

This home is perfect for two families with living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the second and third floors. There is cable TV in the family room and three bedrooms, a blue-ray player in the family room, and a DVD player in bedroom 4. Baby gates and a booster seat are available. Bedroom combinations: Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bedroom 2 - 1 twin trundle and 1 bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on the top), Bedroom 3 - 1 Full, Bedroom 4 - 1 full and 1 bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top). There is also an additional room with a crib.

Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent linens for an additional fee.
