Heronetta is one of the very few beachfront properties directly on the Sandy Lane Beach in Barbados.

The house is surrounded by 4 acres of garden on a long stretch of the Sandy Lane beach. It is the perfect setting for Wellness/Yoga Retreats.Â Also very suitable for hosting Celebration Dinners of up to 30 people, as the amenities are in place to comfortably accommodate gatherings of this size.Â These options are subject to the Villa being rented for a minimum of one week.

Heronetta consists of five double, air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.Two of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other three are positioned in the delightful cottages near the main house. The house has wireless internet in all rooms and a wireless printer.

There is a swimming pool, tennis court with lights for night tennis and a separate dining gazebo.Â

The property has direct beach access and also has its own private cabana on the Sandy Lane Property Owners Facilities at Sandy Lane Beach.

The property is a five minute drive from the Sandy Lane Golf course and also close to the courses of Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill.

There is an experienced staff consisting of cook, housekeeper, maid, laundress, 2 gardeners and security guards.

Policy

Standard House Rules:

No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas

Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.

Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.

Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm

Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise

Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa

Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate

Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests

Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.

I would highly recommend this beautiful home! It is in the middle of four acres of lush gardens and has a huge swimming pool. The five bedrooms with in-suite baths are perfect for a large group!! The house was wonderful but the best thing about it was the amazing STAFF!! They were wonderful and always eager to help.....their cooking was delicious!! We went with a total of five couples and everyone had a great time!!
