Whether you're soaking in the master tub, cooking in the kitchen, eating in the dining room, lounging in the family room by the fireplace, working in the bunk room office, relaxing in the hot tub, sunning on one of our sun decks, or sleeping in one of the five bedrooms, you will be enjoying deep blue ocean views!

Just a short drive from the Houston area and you've reached Moss Landing on Crystal Beach. As soon as you board the Galveston Island Ferry en route, you'll feel the stress of city life melting away. And then, after the short 15 minute ferry ride (or take the alternate bridge route if you prefer), you soon arrive in Crystal Beach where you'll find this island paradise retreat sitting on almost an acre of prime ocean-front property ready to host you, your family, and friends for an idyllic beach vacation.

- New 22kwH Briggs & Stratton Whole Home Generator. The peninsula is known for its frequent power outages. You’ll always be nice and cool at Moss Landing with uninterrupted comfort. In the event of a power outage on the island, the generator will automatically turn on and power the entire home indefinitely.
- New stainless steel appliances, including french door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee makers (including K-cup), microwave, blender, toaster oven
- Fully equipped kitchen – cookware and cooking utensils, baking dishes, mixing bowls, knives and cutting boards, silverware, plastic and regular dishes and glasses, coffee mugs, coffee pot (utilizes regular coffee filters), toaster
- Linens included: 2 towels per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, 6 beach towels
- Extras Provided: Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per stay, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, Dish soap, dishwasher fluid, hand soap, enough laundry detergent to wash the linens

I can’t wait to book this property again! The owners were more than accommodating and helped make our beach weekend amazing! The house was a 10 out of 10. Not only beautiful but extremely clean and maintained. Moss Landing was lovely! Check it out! It won’t disappoint!
My family had a wonderful stay at this property. It's beautifully decorated and well-equipped! We enjoyed all of the smart home features, and the home owner had thoughtfully labelled all lights and settings, which made it so much easier to navigate. Beach access is very easy. We rented a beach golf cart from a local company that delivered and picked up the cart to carry all of our beach toys, chairs, towels and coolers to/from the beach (even though it was a quick walk over the boardwalk, which we also did periodically throughout the day). The cart was also a fun way to explore the beach with the kids. A dip in the hot tub while watching the waves was a great way to wind up the evening after a day on the beach with the kids. I was SO glad that we didn't have to any clean-up at the end of the rental, as many other places request. I'm happy to pay a robust cleaning fee in exchange for not having to wash sheets and make beds, clean floors, etc. We'd definitely stay here again!
