This one bedroom bungalow is just 500' from Sunshine Beach at the northern tip of Treasure Island. A 2-bedroom bungalow listing 8172432 is also available, rent one or both at a special rate.
The bungalows are well maintained, stocked, and equipped. Just bring yourself, personal items, food & drink. We offer free wi-fi, free parking of one vehicle, and we include beach gear such as chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and a cart.
The space
This property is located in a residential neighborhood that is often compared to old Florida Keys (prior to all the commercialization) and is situated on a double corner lot. We are 500' from the beach access point. The fenced yard, hot tub, gardens, grill area, outdoor dining and coin laundry is shared by the 2 one bedroom rental units. The 2 bedroom unit that has its own private outdoor dining and grill area. Each unit has its' own semi-private outdoor patio/seating area. This unit includes parking in the carport for standard sized vehicles, we can accommodate oversized vehicles and boat trailers if needed. Parking options are available, please mention this prior to your stay so that we can be prepared.

We are 500' from the beach. Use the crosswalk at 126th and Gulf Blvd. and push the button to activate the lights and stop traffic. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, and carts are provided for your use at no charge. I do not guarantee the availability of umbrellas but we try to keep them in working order despite the wind.
The closest shopping, dining, and entertainment is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Gators restaurant and bar is just a block away.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the Treasure Island Beach or most public beaches for the safety of the wildlife and their ecosystem. There are several dog beaches and bars, and restaurants, and home improvement stores that allow you to bring your pet.

This place was perfect for us. We were traveling with our dogs, and there was a nice yard totally fenced for them to use. The place was cute, very clean, and cozy. Just a little walk to the beach and close to everything. Our Host was adorable, very nice and made us feel welcome. We will be back.
