Wheelchair accessible into the house via permanent ramps. Please note that the bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. There are grab bars by both toilets and tubs, but a user would have to be able to stand up from the hallway to enter the bathroom!!.

This was my family’s first visit to the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rebecca’s property which was a short drive or a short walk away from the main beach in the area. My children especially enjoyed the pool, and the back porch/sunroom after taking a cool swim. It seems a little warm, but it’s just what’s needed after a swim. Rebecca was attentive to any concerns that arose with the property. The online listing is exactly as it looks in the pictures, just as described. The house has all the amenities you will need, especially when choosing to stay in a house rather than a hotel. Everything was available, from storage containers & trash bags to detergent & dryer sheets to wash & dry your clothes (& her linen if you so choose to use it - which is available as well!). The “Game Cave” is a nice place to send the kids in the evening - after they are ready for bed and have a tendency to use that time to work their parents nerves until they fall asleep! Overall, it was a nice place to stay in a clean, quiet, well-kept neighborhood that has lots to do in the surrounding areas. Yes. I would rent again!
This was the perfect spot for our family vacation this year! 10 years of vacationing in Rehoboth in many different rentals and this home will be at the very top of our list! Comfy, great for kids (we have 2: ages 13 & 10) plus this was the first time we brought our 2 little dogs and they were right at home. Close to the town of Rehoboth and of course having the private pool was just a treat for us. The home was clean, well stocked, and on a quiet street.
Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotlessly clean with many amenities. Very comfortable and convenient to both Rehoboth and Dewey.
