Our Charming 2500 square foot house is located just five minutes from the Wilmington Amtrak/SEPTA station. Nestled in the neighborhood of Trolley Square, our location is convenient to the I-95 on and off ramps, downtown and river-front businesses, and all the Trolley Square restaurants and bars. Our guests have access to two (2) dedicated parking spots in a two garages 1 block away. The house is wired for your convenience with premium xfinity wifi and cable. There are three bedrooms, the downstairs master and guest share a jack-and-jill bathroom with dedicated shower and separate antique claw-foot tub. The upstairs guest bedroom is loft-style and has a dedicated full bath. The unit has central air and heat. All bedding, mattresses and linens were purchased in June 2016. Designer high-thread count bed linens and towels. The unit is also equipped with cookware, flatware, wine glasses and dishes to accommodate 8+ people. Outdoor space has patio set and grill and a fire pit on the patio. For the winter months there is a wood burning fireplace. There are several stairs leading into the home, which may pose difficulty to anyone with physical limitations. |

The church was down the street and around the corner from the house we had the rehearsal dinner near by the restaurant piccolo tuscana was around great and the food was 5 stars
My sister, brother and I with spouses stayed at this house when we were in Wilmington for our niece's wedding. The character of this home and neighborhood was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful place, comfortable, everything you need within a few blocks. Great view, value, layout, TVs in every room. Can’t say enough!! Brew haha one block away!
