Handicap accessible, with a children's playground nearby. A good place to stay if you don't like to be crowded in and relax for the time being. Home was great and met my needs! Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. I had a few small issues and Patrick was quick to provide the necessary assistance efficiently! Would definitely stay again if needed.
Stayed for 3 nights while moving to Delaware. The location was good and the house was very spacious. Thanks for helping us and our pets make the transition! The best part were the included necessities like bottled water, shower gel, laundry soap and toilet paper.
We just completed a longer term stay at this property outside Wilmington. The property was cozy and comfortable, as it is a lovely home, and had everything we needed while we looked for more permanent housing as we were relocating to the area. The property is centrally located between Newark and Wilmington with easy access to all major roads. The neighborhood was very nice, safe, nice neighbors, and a great little park literally around the corner which was terrific for children (playground and basketball court) and dogs. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were very fortunate to find this property as it perfectly fit our needs.
