5 bedroom, 3 full bath home that sleeps 10 was completed renovated. Come stay at our home that is on the 1st block in town and only 2 blocks from Main St. Everything is brand new: furniture, stainless appliances, quartz counters, showers, fixtures, lighting, etc... No detail too small or left out. Front porch, two outside decks to catch some sun, a screened deck to enjoy dinner with the ocean breezes and a covered patio with picnic table for your crab feast. 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10, 3 with queen beds, 1 with 2 twins and 1 bunk room with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. Each bathroom was completely redone, 2 with large (5 feet and 4 feet) stand up showers, one with new tub/shower, all new fixtures and toilets. Expanded open concept main floor, the living room has 2 full size couches and 2 comfortable swivel chairs, gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stacked stone face, flanked by custom built cabinets, black walnut mantel and has a mounted 55 inch flat screen TV. The large kitchen has new stainless appliances to include microwave. The 5 burner gas stove will take care of any of your cooking needs. The quartz counters give plenty of prep space. All of the kitchen pots/pans/flatware/utensils/dish ware and glasses are brand new. The dining area boasts a 10 foot table to handle all your dining adventures. This main level is finished off with a cozy conversational area for two at the front of the house. There is on-site parking for 5 and a parking pass is provided for street parking. The back yard area is all grass, ideal for family gatherings, badminton or other lawn activities. There is a beach chair storage area that will handle your bikes, kites or other fun things you bring with you on your vacation at the beach. Leave some of the details to us, the bed linens, bath/hand/face towels and beach towels are included in your rental fee, from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Week. (Please note bed linens are not provided after Labor Day week until the weekend before Memorial Day) Also, we don't add the local rental tax, except for the maid service fee, our rate is inclusive. |

We booked this property for a stay in December, since we love visiting Bethany Beach in all seasons. The owners were so easy to work with, check-in was seamless, and the house was exactly as pictured. The location can’t be beat for proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The decks and porches provide a lot of space for gathering and hosting. The kitchen is well-appointed and the beautiful dining room table can seat at least 12. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the summer.
We stayed here for several nights with a couple of families and found the property to be perfect for our group. The house is beautiful and well laid out and the location couldn’t be better- right next to the beach and two blocks from all the shops and restaurants. We also found the owners to be very communicative and accommodating. We definitely recommend this place for a nice beach getaway- it will not disappoint!
