We are retire hopefuls but still have many projects to keep us active and into trouble. Our latest projects have been our Treehouses in Puerto Rico and our Tiny Home Village developments in Colorado. We love and trust in Jesus who never disappoints.
Discover the Treehouse of Life at the ARK. You will experience the magic of our tropical flora and fauna, and rolling rain on a metal roof in rural Puerto Rico "el campo". This is truly a treehouse in a Flamboyan tree, planted 30 years ago for this purpose. It is outdoors and 20' up, no doors, open to nature with views of our jungle. This unique experience is complete with the occasional visit by bats, birds, geckos, or coquis (local frogs). The jungle vibe is evident the moment you enter.
The space
Be aware, that you will awaken to rooster songs and fall asleep to a symphony of birds and frogs. The bathroom is more than adequate with a hot shower, vessel sink, and compost toilet. A new treehouse has been added nearby and voices may be heard through the foliage. Please be respectful of the other guests. And they've been asked to do the same. Note: Puerto Ricans love their dogs and several live close by. Please contact the Property Manager if there is excessive barking.

The tree house of life was beautiful. Took a moonlit walk through the gardens at night and explored more in the morning. Didnt realize there were other tree houses and huts in close proximity but mostly felt private.
If you want a fun outdoor experience to retreat yourself from the world these is the place to come! We will come again :)
This was a one of a kind experience. The treehouse is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped We had zero problems with bugs - just one visit from a coqui. The treehouse was less remote than we expected but there weren't guests in the other treehouse so it was fine.
We're so glad to have had this unique experience. We were fortunate that there no one else booked at the other treehouse, so it felt private and special. When we arrived, it really felt like we were surrounded by birds, frogs, insects, and skinks in the woods nearby, and it was magical. There were other sounds of civilization, including the electric transformer and barking dogs, that reminded us that we were not in the wild, but we were still thrilled to sleep in such a beautiful and lovingly constructed place. Lots of personal touches.
Wonderful to be around such plants in such an amazing treehouse. Bring an extra blanket.
nice place...it's as good as it can be for a tree house. loved being in the jungle and listening to the coqui ???? and winds blowing on the trees...wonderful experience recomiendo it for 2 night
Such a great experience in the treehouse. I wish we would have booked another night. I do recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper with the outdoor sounds and dogs in the area but overall really fun experience.
