We would like to share our NEWLY renovated vacation homes with you. Please come and enjoy ALL BRAND NEW furnishings, appliances, large flat screen TVs, beds, kitchen wares, decks, and bikes. We completely updated everything as of April 2018 and are ready for your arrival.  Come experience top of the line kitchen wares and the best Memory Foam mattresses. We spared no expenses!  See our pictures!
 
The townhome is located in a secured gated community, a short 1-block walk to the beach and just a few steps to the community pool.  It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, allowing 8 to sleep comfortably. All beds have High Quality Memory Foam mattresses. The living/dining space has a 55 inch TV.  Each bedroom has its own TV.  All TVs are equipped with wi-fi connected Smart TVs that are loaded with unlimited Hulu and Netflix for your entertainment pleasures. 
 
We provide bath, hand and face towels, extra pillows and blankets for your comfort.  We also provide shampoo, hand soap, body soap, lotion, a few bottles of water, coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker, dishwashing pods and detergent pods for your laundry. We provide basic ingredients like salt, pepper and cooking oil.  You will love the Rachel Ray pots/pans, blender, food processor, coffee maker and toaster oven. Our kitchen is loaded with wares for your cooking needs.  We have 2 bikes, grill, picnic basket and blanket.  
 
We think you will enjoy all the amenities that we have to offer.  We are available and accessible if you have any questions by phone, text or email.  We are an accommodating and family friendly community.  Come and see our beautifully renovated place.  We are eager to host you, your family and your guests!

ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Upstairs Master Bedroom has 1 King bed, 1 Futon that converts to a Full Bed. 
* Upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a twin over twin trundle bed.
* Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen Bed. This room leads to an updated deck. 
* All bedrooms come with Memory Foam mattresses.  Each room has a flat screen TV and a bathroom.
* Washer and Dryer are in downstairs bathroom. 
* Living/Dining Area has a 55” Smart, flat screen TV. We have unlimited HULU and Netflix.
* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, Rachel Ray pots/pans, utensils, toaster, blender, processor, Keurig coffee machine, can opener, baking trays, etc.
* The pool is just a few steps away from the townhouse.
* The beach is a short stroll from the townhouse.
 
***Note: NO Trailer Parking is available.  There is a 5 MPH speed limit that is strictly enforced inside the community gates. ***

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

We are passionate travelers who love the comfort of home. This is our vacation home away from home for our family to escape from the cold, relax at the beach, splash in the pool, enjoy yummy crawdads, and soak in the wonderful hospitality of the south. The are many options for fun in Gulfport including the trips to the beaches, casinos, golf courses, shopping, eateries and many water sports activities. We worked hard to provide to our guests the same comforts that we crave for when we travel. We hope you will visit us and build many memories here. We enjoyed staying in this unit! It is absolutely beautiful. This gated community is so very nice... and close to everything on the coast! We have stayed within this gated community of town homes three times now in the past 6 mos. Wish we would have found this one sooner!! We live only 2 hours from the coast and we love to visit and play in the sand!! This town home is so nicely furnished! The owners have gone over the top to provide extras such as a Keurig coffee maker, Rachel Ray cookware, food processor, and salt, pepper, and cooking spray for cooking. And in the bathrooms, they are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and extra toilet paper. The extra touches are awesome! Owners are very personable and quick to respond to questions and offer restaurant options in the area. Check out their other units in the same complex too..... #1302123 and #1033000. You can not go wrong booking any one of their 3 properties! They are all three very tastefully decorated! We hope to return very soon!

We had a wonderful time staying here this past weekend. The unit is very clean with great decor. Great to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Very close to the pool and beach! Cooked almost all of our meals in the kitchen or on the BBQ on the adorable patio out back. It was a great space and the owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. We'll stay here again!

What a Beautiful Townhome! Beautifully decorated and more than met our expectations! The place was very clean and all furnishings, appliances and electronics were top of the line !The location was perfect for us! The owners were awesome to work with and recommended Great Places to Eat.You can tell they take great pride in their property .I would definately recommend this property to my friends and family! My son and I went down for a quick weekend getaway and we didn’t want to leave and will definately be back!
