Kitchen has beautiful granitie counter tops, along with marble vanaties in both bathrooms.The balcony has direct access from living room, and master bedroom. Master bedroom, living room, and balcony all have fantastic views of the Gulf front and the beautiful white sands that Panama City is famous for. Condominium located on the first floor for easy access to the beach and to the pet walks. We have a designated covered parking stall right next to the stairwell ,with easy access to our unit when you don't want to wait on the elevator. Located in the Dunes of Panama Complex, Building A-104,additional parking is only a few feet away. Friendly, family atmosphere ensures enjoyment for guests of all ages.

About the Owner

I am a retired Georgia State Trooper and my wife ia a Registered Nurse. We own a farm in North west Ga above Atlanta, We have 2 children, both are grown and married and we have 2 grandchildren. We love animals and know how it is to have to leave them when you go on vacation so we are pet friendly for small pets weighing less than 40lbs; for larger animals we can try to make special arrangements and consideration.We have tried to make our unit very nice and modern, while trying to consider how hard it is to go on vacation in this current economic hard times.We ask that all of our guests make themselves at home,but to treat our home like you would your own home and to also be considerate of the guests checking in behind you. Ronald Campbell and Jane Campbell purchased this Condo in 1993

Beautiful condo on the beach

My fiance and I had booked our stay last year (2017) with Jane and Ron but unfortunately, we didn't make it because of the hurricane. Jane was amazing though and kept us in mind this year because we had already paid for the whole week, and she let us come down the first week of May for Panama City Bike week. Their condo was absolutely perfect. I am currently 32 weeks pregnant, so convenience is very important to us. Their condo is on the first floor and the door is right next to the covered parking space, of course there is an elevator as well but we mainly used the stairs. In order to get to the beach/pool all we had to do was walk out the front door and it was all right there. We never took alot of stuff down with us but if we needed to it wouldn't have been very far to carry anything. As far as the inside of the condo, it was exactly what we needed. The master bedroom has the huge window looking right out over the beach, with the sliding door that opens up onto the balcony.. the location was gorgeous and very peaceful. We made breakfast every morning, they have everything you need to make meals. They have cable and a bluray DVD player, we watched a few movies on our last night. One night we came back and there was a truck parked in our parking space, I wouldn't have cared but the parking lot was packed due to bike week so we needed our space. All we had to do was contact the guy working at the front booth and he found the person and asked them to move for us, so that worked out well and the guy working was really nice. Overall, we had a really great experience and we will definitely be booking our stays at panama city with Ron and Jane from now on. This time of the year was perfect, especially if you have small kids because there wasn't a huge crowd on the beach. I would recommend this condo with anyone that wants to enjoy the beauty of the ocean/beach area!
