Beach Dreamer is a beautiful beach home across the street from the beach! Close access to everything! The HInsons obviously care about their home and are so friendly and accomodating. We have enjoyed Beach Dreamer for the past two seasons and loved it. It can be a little loud in the evening with fireworks and the parking lot but those sounds don't last long. We would definitely recommend Beach Dreamer for your stay in Garden City Beach.

This is the second year we have been fortunate enough to spend some of the cold Pennsylvania Winter at Beach Dreamer. Jim has always been very nice to work with and responds very quickly when there are any issues at the house. This year we lost heat and he had someone there the next day to resolve the problem. The house has a very well stocked kitchen to prepare meals at home. The locations great, right across the street from the beach. Our little dogs love it there too. We’re grateful we can bring them on vacation. We would not hesitate to recommend Beach Dreamer as a great vacation rental. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is that we believe nothing is perfect and things can always be improved upon but, we want to reiterate that we loved our stay and God willing, we’ll be there again in 2019!!

It was a wonderful week. Jim had everything possible in the home in order to make it a home away from home.

Jim's house was very clean, freshly painted and nice decor. He has thought of everything to make your vacation simple and enjoyable. We had our big pup Cooper with us(115 lbs) no problems. Easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants local and entertainment! Thank you Jim!

We absolutely loved staying at Beach Dreamer! Jim is great! The house had everything we needed and then some. He furnished beach chairs, big umbrellas and even a beach cart to carry it all in. We had 3 solid days of rain during our stay, we made the best of it working jigsaw puzzles and watching movies on the exceptional tv and really enjoyed the theater sound. We were only a half block away from the pier which was great for us but a little rough for our two little dogs. There was fireworks every night and they were super loud. The dogs were terrified???? But all in all we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

We have stayed at Beach Dreamer two times this year. Loved it so much the first time could not wait for a return stay. I have stayed many places at the beach. I can not think of any place as nice and clean as the Beach Dreamer . When I walk around the home and my bedroom shoes are clean I know i am in the right place. Any and everything you could possibly want is at your finger tips. You really can't explain how great the Beach Dreamer is , have to check it out for yourself. The location is very convenient to everything. If you want to have a great vacation give the Beach Dreamer a try. Jim and Pam the owners are wonderful people.

We had yet another great week at Beach Dreamer! We first stayed in summer of 2016 and had such a great experience that we returned summer of 2017. Jim has the place in immaculate condition, super clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for the week. Yet another great experience at Beach Dreamer thanks to Jim and his wife. Plan to stay here again in the future!

Our family of four and our dog recently stayed at Beach Dreamer - and we loved it! The owners obviously take pride in their property and care about the families renting from them. The house was immaculate and we appreciated all the well-stocked kitchen items and other details throughout the home being there for us. We enjoy cooking in many times and the gas grill was also very handy. The beach equipment to use is wonderful too - and a short walk across the street! One of our favorite aspects of the home was the porch. In the later evenings it would sometimes get a little noisy with traffic/fireworks, but overall it was fine. We appreciate the time and effort Mr. and Mrs. Hinson put into making their guests comfortable and at home. Our stay there was definitely a wonderful and memorable experience!

Home is in a great location , has everything you need for a vacation. They have though of every thing from house whole items to what ever you will need for going on the beach. I highly recommend this place to any one, it great for a family or just a couple.

Let me just start by saying that I was very impressed with the Beach Dreamer Rental. The home is in IMMACULATE condition. So very clean and inviting. Our trip started by Jim greeting my family. He is such a nice man who we immediately could tell that takes pride in his rental property. Saying that the house is fully loaded is an understatement. Jim has literally thought of everything from CD's in the night stands to promote sleep to doggy poop baggies, doggy bed (we didn't bring our dogs) all the way to a fully stocked kitchen including every possible utensil that you could possibly need for the week including a crock pot availabe! One of the huge perks was the fact that there is storage downstairs that you can leave all of your sandy beach stuff in so that you don't have to drag them into the house. Even the storage was fully loaded which included beach chairs, beach cart, corn hole game, beach toys, boogie boards and beach umbrellas. You literally do not have to bring anything along for your beach except yourself and beach towels! I also felt the brand new gas grill that was available to us was quite awesome especially since there were a few evenings that we made food in and didn't go out to eat. The pool that is shared in this small community was also very clean and not many people were even in there. We had the pool most days to ourselves. The unit was very close to the beach and within 2-3 minute walk you were there. This was my family's first stay at Garden City Beach and I must say that I like it soooo much better than Myrtle Beach. There were many little food joints within walking distance as well as a beach store. I really have too many great things to say about our stay that I am unable to write them all out. I just want to say that I highly recommend this property to anyone that is contemplating this unit. I promise that you wont be disappointed. My family and I plan to return to this rental in future years. Thanks again Jim for such a fabulous time in Garden City Beach!!! We appreciate your Southern hospitality for accommodating our family!! So impressed with the Beach Dreamer! Our week stay was awesome. Everything we could possibly need was provided, beautifully decorated and great sleep on the most comfortable beds. If I had to choose between this place and a 5 star hotel, hands down it would be the Beach Dreamer. The owner was always accessible for any questions and responded quickly. We will most definitely be staying here next summer. Maybe even a romantic getaway before then. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your vacation home!

This rental was the best. Great location, right across the street from ocean and pier. Great deck with an ocean view. Very clean, beautifully decorated and everything you need to cook gourmet meals. We have rented many, many vacation homes and my most common complaint is the lack of good pots and pans, utensils, knives, etc. for cooking. This rental has everything anyone would need to cook family dinners. We were six adults and it was plenty big enough for us all. Thank you Jim for proving such a lovely home to renters. Plus our son could bring his two small dogs. Not often can one find a top notch rental that accepts pets.

Excellent condo. More than minimally stocked. All the modern conveniences of home. Very nice, modern, tastefully decorated and the owner was super. No known issues.

We had two families stay together at the Beach Dreamer-6 kids total. The older kids loved the balcony and could see other residents setting off fireworks every night. All of the children loved the pool and we were the only ones in it each time we went. The beach is literally acrossed the street- which is perfect for bathroom breaks or lunchtime. The mini shed is stocked with a cart, beach chairs, umbrellas and a grill for your use. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, perfect to relax with in the evening after a long day. The linens were of good quality, the beds/pillows and sheets were all super comfortable. Mr. Jim was very gracious at answering questions and was there for our arrival to give us a tour. Impeccable taste in decor and very clean. We were all very impressed and sad to leave. Hope to return to the Beach Dreamer some day!

I could not believe how furnished your place was. I say this because most other places that I have stayed state they have fully equipped kitchens but they are not. Our family stayed here while on vacation it was plenty of room and extremely nice . The location was wonderful close to shopping and just across the street from the ocean and walking distance to the pier . I want to thank Jim and Pam Hinson for supplying us with all our needs and for using their lovely home.

Great proximity to beach. Beautiful residence. Clean. Owner easy to work with. Beach toys, umbrella, & games great for the kids. Area a little noisy since you are close to the pier.

We were fortunate enough to enjoy a wonderful stay at this beach house in June. The house is just as it is portrayed...maybe even nicer. It was beautifully appointed, very well equipped, and very clean. The location is excellent...it is the 2nd house off the corner. Just cross the street and walk for about 30 seconds and you are on the beach. Very convenient to restaurants and supermarkets. There is a Kroger supermarket very close by. Jim has provided beach chairs, bikes, a boogie board, beach umbrella, propane for the gas bbq and more. The outdoor shower is a blessing. While there are many steps to reach the main living area, it would be fine for anyone in good health. We loved our stay there.

This was truly a great vacation! I have stayed in many condos thru the years in Garden City area, but this is truly the nicest, well equipped condo we have every stayed in. We enjoyed our "short" walk to the beach, he had plenty of chairs, beach umbrella, buggie boards, pool, bicycles, and the list goes on. The condo was very well equipped. Jim is a top notch owner and we are already planning another trip here next summer. All the luxuries of ocean front without the high price. I'm already looking forward to next summers vacation.

After having stayed in a condo the previous year, we opted for a house this trip. This beautiful house had all the amenities of home, and then some! It was very clean and well taken care of. Just across the street from the beach was perfect and having all the beach items there made it so much nicer than having to bring it all with us. Though seemingly insignificant, it was nice to have all the cleaning/toiletry/linen items there as well. I would suggest having a few board games available for when the weather is inclement. The owners were very easy to work with and accomodating for our delay in traffic so that he could go over the property with us. We have already recommended this property to friends for their trip and we plan on staying here on our next trip to the beach as well...

We had a wonderful week!! This house is absolutely beautiful, it was all we had hoped for and more! We commented several times during the week that if we had a beach house we'd want it to be exactly like this one. It was across the street from the beach, so we were able to easily come back to the house to go to the bathroom or have lunch then head back out to the beach. We loved that everything we needed was provided – and it was a new, clean, beautifully accommodated house with plenty of space for all of us. We have two teens that typically complain they have to share a room while on vacation (not fun for a teenage brother and sister) so they loved having their own room AND having TV's in their rooms. Bringing the dog with us was a huge benefit as well, she absolutely loves the beach. It was really a fantastic week – and the weather cooperated which was fantastic! Jimmy, thank you again for providing such wonderful accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return next year.

My husband and I stayed at Beach Dreamer with our two dogs for three nights and it was a great experience. The house was very clean with all of the conveniences of home, not to mention a very short walk to the beach. Jim met us at the house upon arrival and was very friendly as he gave a brief tour of the house. The house is walking distance to a few great restaurants as well as a convenience store. The grocery store and other "mainstream" stores are only a short drive away. Our security deposit was returned to us in a timely fashion - overall this was a fantastic experience. For the number of amenities, I felt this was an excellent choice in accommodation and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This house was everything & MORE!!!! First of all it was extremely clean and had everything you needed. Well maintained and very comfortable. Beds were great, amenities were amazing. Closet downstairs with chairs,etc...had everything you needed for the beach. Outdoor shower and hose was wonderful. The owner and his son were GREAT-HELPFUL-and just downright NICE!!!! Beach access was so easy and I was skeptical because we always stay oceanfront. This is the 1st time we haven't but my entire family loved,loved loved this house!!!! Lots of activities nearby. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend, family member or even a stranger. It was a great place to stay & would come back next year! Best ever house!!!

Great property. Worked perfectly for 7 of us and our husky.We could not have had a better experience. We hope to return to Beach Dreamer next year. Everything you could possibly need is already there. Owner is very easy to work with and a very nice person.

We visited Garden City for our first family vacation and to celebrate the marriage of our son. The location was perfectly conven ient to the beach and how relieved we were to see that there were chairs, beach toys, boogie boards for the kids and even a grill to cook out! The owner and his son greeted us warmly and had preapproved our small pet to spend the week with us. They were available for any questions we might have had with instructions already clearly provided for the elaborate Entertainment center. The arcade close by was a plus for the kids and grocery only minutes away a huge convenience after a family member fell ill. We were so grateful to share this time together at the Beach Dreamer

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Dreamer! The house was perfect for us, it is just like it looks in the pictures, didn't need to take a thing with us. Very convenient to EVERYTHING, walk across the road to the beach, it was fabulous. I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch in the a.m. and having my coffee, and watching everyone coming and going. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Dreamer. The house is new, clean, and equipped with everything you could want or need for a great beach vacation. The location is great too. The beach is right across the street and downtown Garden City is just down the road. We were there for July 4th and watched fireworks both sitting on the couch inside and outside on the porch. The owner was very polite and helpful. One of the really great features of the house is the technology. The television and surround sound system in the living room are nicer than what we have at home and the high speed wireless internet was very convenient. We will definitely return.

Upon arrival, I met the owner who showed me around and provided all the necessary information about the house. The house was FANTASTIC!!! Super clean, great location (only a block to Sam's Corner and the pier), well appointed, great kitchen and electronics - everything we needed was already there. I could have sat and watched the TV all week. Having a washer & dryer proved to be a wonderful asset. There were chairs and boards to take to the beach and having the grill to use was a very nice touch. I cannot say enough great things about this house. And did I mention the mattresses - I haven't slept that well in years! It was a great week at the beach. It would not have been as wonderful without this house!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend it highly!

My husband, toddler and I just recently stayed here and couldn't have been happier. It is brand new, freshly decorated and spotless. The beach was a few steps across the street and there was a great boardwalk over the marsh within walking distance of the house. My daughter loved running across it and I felt comfortable because she was contained but could run freely! The owners couldn't have been more accommodating and were just a phone call away if a question came up. The house has a storage closet on the ground level that we used to lock and store things that didn't need to be brought in the house, such as our bikes. We travel a good bit and this by far was one of the nicest places and best experiences we have ever had!

My family and I traveled to the area for work and some quiet time. We couldn't have chosen a nicer home in which to stay. Everything we needed was already in the home (pots & pans, dishes, silverware, brand new appliances, Blu-Ray player, DVD players and even an XBox 360 for the kids. I was able to cook meals, do laundry, watch movies with the kids and walk the beach each day since the home is steps from Garden City Beach. If you're looking for a nice getaway, this home is perfect. The owners are extremely attentive and do their best to accommodate. The only caution I would give is to someone who cannot handle stairs as the house is 2 stories so may not me great for elderly or someone with bad knees. Otherwise, I highly recommend and would gladly return if we are back in the area again. Thank you!

This new home was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated with everything you would ever need. There are flat screen tv's in every room with multiple channels. The keyless entry was a plus along with the brand new gas grill that made cooking a breeze.The location was great, ocean view and a short walk to Garden City Pier. Everything about the home exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this rental and we would love to return.
