This estate is in a gorgeous location with amazing views, 15 miles in three directions. The only house you see from the property, is on top of another mountain miles away. Close to restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. The main house is available separately, as is the studio. The barn is available for barn weddings, receptions, and events of all sorts.
There is a main house and a studio. The studio is included in this package for larger groups. The main house is 5,500 square feet and studio is 2,000 sq ft. It is attached to the main house by a heated subterranean connector and available to book separately or in combination with the main house. The studio has one bedroom with queen bed, one regular couch and a pull out queen couch. The studio had two and half bathrooms.

House sits atop big hill with great views. No houses in view yet a couple minutes from Hartland and a few more to Woodstock. Owner cool and responsive. Place is recently built so cozy, modern amenities. Ideal for large events but we just stayed with smaller group on short notice. Pool table doesn't hurt. Gas fireplace is nice too. Highly recommended.
