Welcome to Robson's Retreat, our Executive Orlando Villa. It has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms - and can sleep up to 10 guests; it's sure to be the perfect base for your family's next Disney vacation. Our vacation home is located within the prestigious community of Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community on Poinciana Boulevard, just off hwy 192, nestled within a 200 acre conservation area with lakes and fountains, which provide a hospitable habitat for Cranes, Ospreys and Blue Herons. |

This villa is amazing, so spacious and so well equipped. Love the way the garage has been turned into a games room, the air hockey and pool table kept the kids amused whilst we got ready for the parks etc., we only used the tv in the lounge but would be great for older kids to watch tv in their rooms and use the games consoles. The pool was great to cool off in at the end of the day. Such a convenient location for the 192 area and Walmart, lovely safe gated community - so glad we took advantage of the sat nav as we got the remote for the electric gates as well so never had to key in the code! Would definitely stay here again.
This house was great. It had so much room and we loved the pool and hot tub. Its in a very safe neighborhood and close to everything.
We enjoyed this vacation rental post cruise for its location and amenities. Communication was excellent with property owner prior to arrival and we had no issues while there. Paid for the pool and spa to be heated and it did not disappoint. Well worth it! House is in a very safe area and easy to get to and from. Traveling with a group and friends and we all had plenty of room. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone headed to the area.
When we arrived after a long flight we were welcomed with a beautiful villa,in a gated community so easy to find and looks amazing, everything was clean and the kitchen had had new appliances which look brilliant, we didn't cook much but it had everything you would need, the pool was a hit the kids loved it so warm as the adults loved the spa it heated up to a hot bath temp it was lovely after a busy day at the parks, as was the games room,wonderful stay and the owner andrew was brilliant answered every question i had and gave me everything we needed for the villa via email,(even sheets on how to use the remotes in every room) brilliant, all I can say from start to finish was a good communication and the villa had everything and location was great for the parks and restaurants on 192, if all my family go together again I will be booking this one definitely 5????.
Very clean, spacious villa with lovely pool. House and gated community were well maintained and felt very safe. Great location for major theme parks and airport. Owner really helpful & responsive. We'll hopefully be back to such a great place!
