This charming manor house and park nestles on the edge of the quiet vacation rental village of Cry-sur-Armancon, with its beautiful church, bridge and tree lined river which borders the park. It really is a paradise for both adults and children. Added features are the simple grass tennis court in the old orchard, the tall avenue of chestnut trees, the walled garden, the ancient stone wood house and pigeonnier, and the Gate House.
The heated pool is set in a sun trap on the terrace close to the house. It is all now enclosed, to protect small children, with a clematis covered fence. There is a hot shower and changing space by the pool and a large open covered area with a fridge and barbecue where you can sit and eat. There are plenty of deck chairs, sun-beds and teak garden furniture. |
