There is a bar and restaurant on the property. We are located right across the street from Coral Seas on the Cliff Resort. We have a driver that can take our guest grocery shopping or even a trip to Rick's Cafe or any excursion. Fees can be discussed with the driver.
This property is brand new. Its located on the West End. It has 3 cottages on the property. Morning Glory Cottage has a Smart TV in the living room, free WiFi, brand new Fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker with fully equipped kitchen. NO A/C but There are fans and plenty of Windows to let in the breeze. The Apricot Rose and June Plum Cottage has A/C, smart TV, Free WiFi and a mini fridge. A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Cali Cottages. Your deposit guarantees that the reservation will be held for you. All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail. Balance of rental is due 45 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee. Balance of deposit (less the 1 night cancellation fee) is refundable if Cali Cottages is notified60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations of a booking or reductions in length of stay, received after the 60 day limit are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the space. |

My sister and I stayed for 2 nights in these beautiful cottages. The manager was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! The bathroom was huge! The place was immaculate and the frig was stocked with beer (red stripe of course) and water, which was very refreshing after our flight. I have always wanted to stay in Jamaica among the locals but didnt know how to go about it. Once I came across cali cottages I thought this was a perfect solution. I cannot wait to come back now that I know the cottages are here!
After visiting Negril for several years, I have finally found the perfect cottage. So great, I'll be staying here again with my family this month. It has Everything you need! Easy Check in, Directly across the street from the beautiful Jamaican Sea. The cottage had a Full kitchen with everything you need, large bathroom, great beds , Wi-Fi, Netflix, beautiful grounds and staff. This is the perfect location, 4 mins from Ricks Cafe and 7 mins from the beach. They also have a great Resturant and bar on the property!!! And they have a driver named Obtain who is very knowledgeable of Jamaica. He picked us up from the Airport for a reasonable fee and was avaible to take us on a 2 day tour. Cali Cottages is my home away from home. And At a great rate for everything that you get. Can't wait till we return! Thanks again!
Loved Cali Cottages and the wonderful staff! I was there this past January. Normally when I travel to Jamaica I stay in a hotel along 7 mile beach. This year we travelled with a group and decided to go the villa route. So glad we did – gave us a chance to see something new. The cottage is cute and gives you a real island experience. Both bedrooms are spacious, beds were comfortable and they even had dressers & closet space. The property has a great security system and a guard shack – Earl was really nice. Having the bar in the front of the property is a plus. We enjoyed the music and the food. One night we even stayed in and took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen. We had someone prepare an authentic Sunday dinner. I loved that the cottages are close to Rick’s Café and nice restaurants. I mentioned to O’Brian that we would like to go somewhere for the day. He took us to YS Fall’s in St. Elizabeth. YS Fall’s was absolutely beautiful! One of the highlight of my trip and I will go back. It turned into a day trip and we even stopped along the way and had lunch. It was like we had our very own tour guide. The staff is amazing! If I had to think of anything negative – which is hard, would be that the beach is not in walking distance but a quick taxi ride. AND the internet was really slow. I can’t wait to go back and will be staying at Cali Cottages again!
