With over 700 sq feet of outdoor living space including a charming Spanish style patio finished off with lush vegetation. The bonus/media room is located off the rear patio and can also be used as an additional sleeping area as it offers a sleeper sofa. No shortage of charm here. The living room is very spacious and perfect for all to socialize and reflect after a day of fun in the sun. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and concrete counters. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a delightful meal. The property is centrally located and close to all the main attractions that San Diego is famous for (ie Sea World, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, etc)

Stayed here with 3 friends of mine for a birthday trip. Perfect location walking distance to food, drinks, and the ocean. Also ubering distance to gas lamp & other beaches. Quiet neighborhood &quiet neighbors. Owner & home was very accommodating. We had no issues& the home was stocked with everything we needed AND more. Great for families, or any age group honestly. The outside patio was nice AND the small play area in the back was perfect for a nap with a breeze. Will stay again, thanks again!!!!
The casita was a perfect launching pad for our multi generational trip to San Diego. We got a taste of life in Ocean Beach, exploring the restaurants and beaches in the very walkable neighborhood. We had many walkable food options to suit any mood (vegan, mexican, co-op, deli, sushi, jack in the box etc.) The dog lover in our group especially enjoyed the “dog watching” opportunities at the dog beach. Our main critique was that one member of our party was bothered by the jet noise above the area, but the it didn’t phase the other four. Another small concern from the senior members of the group was that reaching the lock on the back gate may be a challenge for shorter vacationers. Overall the space was wonderful to spread out in, we used the patio and playroom daily. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the extras for baby (high chair, pack-n-play) were super convenient.
Property well maintained. Owner did everything to meet our needs. Lots of extras and so very clean. Will rent this property again for our guests, as I live locally. Thanks for a wonderful place for our friends!!
The owner was very professional and helpful. The outdoor space was great to let my 2 little kids run around. Kitchen stocked nicely and the home was very clean. Other reviews have noted the airport noise, so just be aware of that if you're sensitive to noise. Lots of coffee and food places to walk to. The owner has outdoor equipment (we used the wagon most), a pick and play, highchair, and beach towels to use which helped us out a ton. Thanks for the great stay!
This place was perfect! Clean and well stocked for the kids. The back house was a nice added space for them to play while we relaxed on the patio. Owner was professional and hands on with recommendations of places to go. It has everything you could possibly need. This place made Beach living with toddlers for a week really easy! Beach is a few blocks away with restaurants and bars even closer. Walking was made easy with the stroller and wagon in the garage. Highly recommend this place.
