The Carriage House is centrally located -- 8 blocks to Washington Park (Wash Park), 2 miles to Cherry Creek shopping area and a $10 Uber ride to downtown Denver. The Cherry Creek Trail is a few blocks away and a great way to see the city! A bicycle sharing station is right across the street. A light-rail station is about 1 mile away and will take you to downtown or the airport.
As mentioned in many reviews, we are right next to (across the street) a great local bar, one of the best Italian restaurants in Denver and an amazing coffee shop for your morning fix.

Property management is very responsive and friendly. We had a terrific stay.
The property is in a perfect location to visit all parts of central Denver. It is a beautifully renovated carriage house that is very well-maintained. It is quiet and convenient with on-street parking always available. We really enjoy our time there and hope to stay there again.
My sister and I rented the Cottage for 3 days and the location was great, very clean and well maintained. I would rent again in a heart beat.
