BED SETUP: Master has a Full (double) bed; 2nd b/r. has two twins. New sleep sofa in living room which doubles as a couch to sleep 1 more (twin sheets). Sleeps 4 in beds, 5 with new sleep sofa. Home has a new kitchen in May 2015, some new windows, bath with shower/tub combo; outside enclosed shower, enclosed porch; cable TV, WI-FI, gas BBQ grille, picnic table, screened front porch. Smaller living room because it has the porch. Park 2 cars….one in driveway & one out front. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the famous pier for those fries, fried dough & amusements. $1,350/wk. Pets okay with permission. Off Season spring & fall, rates vary. Pet friendly cottage in Old Orchard Beach.
