It was great may come back again to 201 in the Fall!..
In Dec., a VRP rep called and told us that our rental, booked in Apr 2016, was unavailable. The rep alreay had located options for us; sent them to us and walked us through each option property. We booked one of the options at no addition cost. The rental was completed the next day. The option property we booked was more spacious, with more dynamic views of the ocean. Couldn't be happier. Kudos to Aaron Petty, VRP, for his professionalism and assistance in resolving this matter to our complete satisfaction.
it was a great experience! The localization is great, its in the middle of many restaurants and it is close to the historic places in St. augustine. The beach was beautiful and it is a great family environment. However the only improvement they need is to upgrade the technology, for example the tavs were very old and not compatible with new technologies.
We started out at another property and upon arrival found that the tennis courts were being resurfaced. Fortunately, this unit was available and the racquet club associated with it was right next door. Unit fit our family perfectly. Bedrooms were roomy. Kitchen was well-equipped. Only thing we missed was a grill for steaks/fish. Great pool area and nice landscaping.
