When you stay at Breakers 304, you can park your car and forget about it. The 1-bedroom condo is just steps from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean; in fact, the resort has its own private boardwalk to the soft white sands, complete with an outdoor shower. It’s also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and more.

Located on the third floor of a non-elevator building, Breakers 304 has its own balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee alfresco while listening to thrushes and warblers; sip a romantic nightcap beneath a canopy of stars.

The sliding glass doors that connect the balcony to the living area also let plenty of light into the condo, adding to the airy ambience. Decorated in restful tans and creams, the living area includes a wonderfully comfortable sofa and a large flat-panel TV. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed so that up to four people can sleep in the unit.

In addition to a table for two, the living area has a breakfast bar that seats two more. If you’re bringing the kids along, they’ll love bellying up to the bar for their meals. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center, which offers seventeen courts, is also less than a mile away, and you’ll find a myriad of biking trails nearby as well.

Just a bit farther afield are the numerous golf courses that Hilton Head is known for. Or drive to Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, located between Hilton Head Island and the mainland, where you’ll see numerous birds, sea turtles, and even alligators. Just a few minutes over the bridge to the mainland are two huge Tanger outlet malls, and the friendly, beautiful city of Savannah is less than an hour’s drive away.
