Phoenix is an amazing city with so much to offer, you have to stay with the right owner and property in order to have the best experience ever. I have been in real estate & vacation rental business for the last 12 years .
The property was amazing, the pictures don't do it justice! The condo is located right next to the pool, which was great. Big patio, great kitchen, comfy beds not to mention the pools (yes there are 3 of them!) are absolutely fabulous! We swam everyday. There was even a TV and sitting area right next to one of the pools to watch March Madness on. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Arizona. It is close to outlets, lots of restaurants and Lego Land and the Aquarium, if you have kids. Definitely a 5 star stay!!
We truly enjoyed our stay at LIV Ahwatukee! It was exactly as Denise described. The condo was clean and up-to-date and fully furnished. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Denise was a text or phone call away for any issues that may arise. Our bathroom sink was draining very slowly and someone was there to fix it within a couple hours. The amenities within the complex were all top notch, including the pools. Thanks for everything, Denise....including the basket of goodies!
Absolutely perfect. Denise was a great host who goes above and beyond. The condo and amenities were perfect. So much for the kids to do but not at all crowded. I will definitely seek this property any time I return to the area.
Great amenities as advertised: pools, hot tub, grills, fire pit, workout room and more. A very quiet community for its size with a friendly staff. The condo was well furnished, clean and spacious. Close to I10 and 202 only 25 minutes to Mesa Phoenix Gateway Airport. We were lucky to find this property after a late cancellation by another owner. Denise the Manager went out of her way to make sure our stay was great, upon our late arrival we were greeted with complimentary water, pop, beer and snacks. Denise provided many area recommendations for food and things to do. I would recommend this property for your stay in the Phoenix.
This was the 3 rd year I rented from Denise. I have already signed up for next year. I brought 3 friends this year that also rented units from Denise. They also have re-upped for next year. I guess that pretty much tells the story of renting w/Denise. She’s the best.
