Perched on the 2nd floor of this two story condo with direct front access to Lake Virgina. This airy and bright 1,000 SQFT, two-bedroom condo features a large balcony where you can entertain as the sun sets behind the mountains or view the colourful city skyline at night. The codno opens up to an entertaining room with dining room and living area, complete with fireplace. The kitchen is large and includes everything you need including complimentary Nespresso Coffee. The master bedroom includes a California King with hotel linen and includes a large walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom and is located toward the front of the house, proving great privacy. The shared bathroom is large and includes Pantry toiletries. The condo also included washer/dryer, and reverse heating and cooling so no matter the season you will stay cool or warm. The condo features two wall mounted TV’s that includes Hulu Live TV (premium cable channels) and Netflix. The wireless internet network allows you to control the two SONOS speaker systems in the living room and bedroom, with your cellphone and your own music services. A private garage underneath can keep two cars safe and warm thanks to the water heating, so those cold early morning starts won’t effect guests at this condo.
The Edgewater Community includes pool, entertainment room, complete with pool table and small gym.
Checkin & checkout is totally automated with keyless entry and house guides so there is no need to drop off or pickup keys to a person. This allows easy flexibility for our guests. For reservations over 30 days, guest will be provided a complimentary full service clean.

We stayed at this lovely condo in late June-early July. The condo is furnished well and the view from the front porch is gorgeous; it faces the lake. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this condo. It is a very calm and quiet location, in spite of an active area.
As soon as we walked in, we knew our stay was going to be great. The furniture was very comfortable and the bedding and beds very luxurious Michael has the kitchen stocked well with essentials like baggies, foil and spices The nespresso machine was a treat with a huge selection of pods too! The patio was the cherry on top, with views of both ends of Virginia Lake and what a wonderful walk every afternoon Also included is use of the huge swimming pool and workout room. We will definitely stay here again next time our travels bring us to Reno Thank you Michael!!
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. He mainly wanted to check out the casinos in Reno and the Peppermill Casino is a short walk away. You can see it from the master bedroom. The location is in a perfect setting - off the main street areas so it is very quiet and safe. The lake is right out the front door with a 2 mile walking path surrounding it. Lots of geese, ducks and gulls. If you follow the lake to its north end you can easily walk to the full service SaveMart grocery store. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. Michael checked in with us several days before our arrival to get a personal 4 digit PIN code for the front door keypad. Saves having to worry about carrying a key with you. We had an oversized truck so unfortunately didn't fit into the underground garage but there is plenty of parking across the street. The condo is on the third level so if you can't do stairs this condo isn't for you. Inside, we were so impressed with the mid-century modern styling of the condo, the large welcome basket of goodies, a fireplace for those chilly February nights, the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, gas range, boutique shampoo, conditioner and hand wash all made in Reno. The beds and pillows are so comfy, the bath towels thick and plentiful and it was nice to have dishwasher soap and laundry soap provided. Other than buying our own food, we lacked for nothing. There is a standard coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine with a full supply of Nespresso pods. The condo is heated/cooled with a Nest system. Using the TV YouTube channel, I had to watch videos on how to use both these systems! Easy once you practice a bit. And the TV - it uses Apple TV which I hadn't used before but there are full instructions there for you. Hulu, Netflix, DirectTV, YouTube - all there. We enjoyed our stay in Reno so much and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hollywood on the Lake again.
