Each unit in Seaside is privately owned. Ours is decorated to be comfortable and make your vacation stay pleasant and enjoyable. We use the unit for our own and family vacations.
We always consider our visitors as guests and not just a renter. We have renovated and furnished the unit for our use and comfort and want our guests to feel the same and expect each guest to visit our unit as if they owned it as well.
Please note - Seaside Villas has a strict NO Pet policy. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, etc are not allowed on the premises. The complex is patrolled by security guards very frequently for your safety and protection. It is a gated condominium complex. Additional condo information such as check in/out times, obtaining keys and FOB (for gate entrance), payment details, etc are provided during the reservation process.

Loved the condo. Great view of beach and the balancy is great to drink coffee in the morning to see great views of the beach!
Great location and my family had a great time. MY 3 year old cried when we had to leave... But she's also 3 ha. Highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed here while on our anniversary. The condo is really nice, clean and convenient to everything. John is a great host, easy to work with, and very responsive. We added an additional day last minute and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again.

My husband and I decided to go to Hilton Head Island for a very last minute getaway. The condo was everything we needed for a weekend at the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
