AvailableTerry & Bonnie live in Pebble Beach, CA. We have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. We love the ocean and beautiful beaches. We are active adults who love to scuba dive, hike and travel. We welcome our guest to our 5 vacation rentals in both Sandperl Resort & Spa, Clearwater Beach, FL and The Palms at Wailea in Maui, HI. Bonnie Alfriend purchased this condo in 2007
We had a wonderful family vacation in Maui and this lovely condo made it a great trip. The furnishings, stocked kitchen and location was terrific. We were thrilled there was air-conditioning in every room which does not always exist in other condos, a real benefit. The close proximity to the pool was another huge benefit as our teens could easily go there often during the day and evenings. It was all around excellent condo and we will return!
What a spectacular condo. We have stayed in Maui many times and this is by far the nicest and largest, most spacious condo we have stayed in. This unit is renovated with the second bedroom closed off giving guests privacy. Other units we looked at have the second bedroom open to the living and dining rooms. It is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and lovely art. Very tastefully done throughout. We especially loved the lanai. It was quite large, perfect for relaxing in the sun or grilling meals. We found ourselves spending wonderful evenings eating and enjoying sunsets on the lanai. The grounds are beautiful with numerous types of palm trees and lovely landscaping. Additionally, the concierge helped us with all our questions and booking tours. Some tours even picked us up at the resort. I highly recommend this unit if you are thinking of a trip to Maui. Thank you Bonnie & Terry for providing us with such a beautiful place to stay. We will tell all our friends to contact you when coming to Paradise.
This condo is a great choice, location was ideal. Away from the noisy street traffic but close enough to the hotels of Wailea. I walked every morning at 5am either around the block (2.125 miles) or as far as the Kialani (Fairmont) down to the Wailea Beach Path and back to the condo to make coffeee and sit on the lanai enjoying sunrise.
Beautiful air conditioned 2 bedroom condo in a great location. 10 minute walk to get on the 1.5 mile paved beach walk among Wailea's lovely beaches and rocky coves. It was a joy to jog this 3 miles (there and back) every early morning- I jogged with rainbows in the sky and beautiful waves crashing in the distance. Wow! A 10 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach and Ulua and Mokapu beaches. Beautiful!!! The pool and hot tub at the Palms is fabulous. We stayed in this unit with four children and we were all very comfortable. The condo was clean. Many towels to use. We used the grill often and the kitchen was very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys we found in the closet- thank you. We left a beach umbrella there for others to enjoy. Bonnie is a doll and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Bonnie and Dr. Terry for an amazing vacation in Maui. We will be back!! Mahalo!! :)
Staying in this condo made the stay in Maui all the more enjoyable. The size and comfort gave us the feeling of living in Hawaii......not just vacationing. It is in a perfect location to enjoy everything there is to do on the island. We have stayed in other units in this complex, but this one has upgrades that make it a step above the rest, including new A/C in every room. Bonnie is a joy and always happy to address any issue you might have (although, truthfully, we really had none. Everything was perfect) We would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Wailea. We have, in fact, already booked the condo for next year!!
