Rate Details: Rent is $3400 to $4700/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office.
Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100.
Optional Insurances:
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
We love staying at Beacon Reef and booking through Keys Holiday Rentals. The unit is nicely decorated and conveniently located in the complex. We have booked it again for next year. Andy and her staff at Keys Holiday Rentals are always friendly and helpful and professional. Their location is super convenient and they were very attentive. We would highly recommend them.

Can't say enough great things about our stay at Beacon Reef 310!! From the moment you walk into the condo we knew we loved it, The whole place had that bright tropical feel about it.. The view from the deck was amazing, what a picture to wake up to every morning.The owners have thought of everything. the complex is amazing with everything you need right there. We didn't won't to leave. We would recommend this condo to anyone.. Can't wait to return.
