This is a 3 level penthouse, totaling 7534 squared feet, or 700 squared meters. The property is located in the modern district of San Isidro, with views of the San Isidro Golf Club and the Pacific Ocean, along with a 360 degree view of the city. It is safely guarded by a doorman, city police 24 hours at the door and has a private garage for residential use. We call our beloved penthouse "Our House in the Sky", since you can see most of the city from what seems to be the clouds and is even bigger than a regular house.
The first level on the 22nd floor has a huge living room and formal dinning room, also, an informal dinning room in the kitchen. The main living room and dinning room has imported Spanish marble floors. This floor has three bedrooms with ample closet space and full bathrooms, a full kitchen with a laundry room, and a powder room. There is a strong Internet wifi signal installed at the premises for the exclusive use of our guests, so you will be able to work with the internet very well, also we have our own phone line and number for your exclusive use. Every TV has Cable service with hundreds of local and international channels for your enjoyment, 4 bedrooms have a tv set. The sixth bedroom has a bunk bed and is a very small bedroom located next to the laundry room. It is an additional space not the size of the other bedrooms but smaller, it is usually used to accommodate service personnel but anyone can sleep there. Please advice to make the proper arrangements if you will use it with additional guests.
