Unit 712, is a 7th floor one bedroom, one bath unit, recently updated featuring tile floors throughout and plush carpet in the master bedroom.
The remodeled kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You’ll enjoy all the kitchen gadgets, plates, etc. during your stay. If you might need it, this unit has it.
The new living room furniture includes a double-size sleeper sofa and lounge chair, plus bar stools and a dining table with four chairs, bring comfort to this spacious condo.
For your viewing entertainment enjoy a 55” Samsung SmartTV (with Netflix), complimentary Wi-Fi access and a Blu-Ray player. The master bedroom also has 40" flat screen Samsung TV and a second Blu-Ray player.
You'll find coastal themed art accents throughout the unit.
Relax and sleep in on a king-size bed in the master bedroom and enjoy a double-size sofa sleeper in living room. A quick call to the front desk and we can provide an air mattress for additional guests if needed.
Unit 712 is located in the "V" of the resort which provides morning and afternoon shade to enjoy the stunning views from the balcony without getting too hot.
Another great thing about being in the "V" is that you're just a few steps away from the elevator landing which makes it super convenient to come and go from the beach, pool or any of your vacation activities. Who wants to drag their stuff all over the resort?

Super comfy place, cozy & very clean. Smelled great on entering! Comfy bed, clean kitchen with everything we needed. Beautiful view, not so private on corner deck but it was also very nice & quiet. Gorgeous beach! Would stay again!
Overall we were very pleased with our HSRC rental experience. The unit was nice, the patio furniture was in need of being replaced, but other than that it was great. The beach service was amazing. Very close to some great restaurants. We would stay there again.
Clean, comfortable, awesome view.
Location: top notch! Great distance to the boardwalk and the beach is pristine. Rooms: definitely outdated, but has what you need. A cosmetic remodel would really go a long way. Cleanliness: room was clean when we arrived Staff: Michelle at the front desk was great! Very easy check in & check out. Would definitely stay again ??
Unit was tucked in the corner “V” of the structure, so there was very little, if any excessive noise from neighboring units. It was not only spotless, but also had a fresh and clean scent throughout. Our view of the gulf was outstanding and the first couple of days it was a dolphin paradise. We spent nearly every day on the beach due to the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella that we have never received from other condos in the Destin area. The gulf got a bit treacherous from Tuesday on, but just sitting down in front of it was all we needed after over a year of being cooped up and working at home. Local restaurants were within five to ten minutes at the most and we love having a traffic light back onto FL-98 as traffic can be a bit much from time to time. This was the fifth or sixth different complex we have stayed at in Destin and we couldn’t have been happier or expected much more. Our only regret was having to pack up and head back north on Sunday. We will be returning to Destin and look to make it our permanent home within the next few years or so.
