This unit sleeps up to six, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Room, as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The full kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six. The living room and bedrooms feature large flat screen High Definition TVs and DVD players. You'll have a fantastic view from open air balcony. Also the location is conveniently situated near the elevator. There is easy access to the beautiful beaches, sparkling pool, and other amenities. This unit does accommodate long term guests from November through February. |

It was great! Great rental, great location, great view! I have no complaints at all and would stay there again. Also, LOVED the free beach chairs and umbrellas!!
We loved unit 314! It was perfect for our family. We stayed during Covid 19 and the staff worked so hard to keep everything sanitized for us, especially the elevator area. Everyone was so friendly. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is the only place in Destin we will stay. We hope to stay in 314 again next year.
