From the balcony you can watch helicopters, parasails and birds fly at eye level; have a scenic view of the beach, and the beachgoers, boats, jet skis and all sorts of water activities. Best of all you can watch the sunsets and the sunrise from the comfort of the balcony.

About the Owner

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan. After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corp (Vietnam Veteran), I worked and retired from the auto industry. I now reside in Panama City Beach, 8 miles from the condo.

Why Chon Garcia chose Lower Grand Lagoon

We discovered Panama City Beach during the Spring Break of 1984. We had so much fun here that my wife and I kept on coming back after our children have graduated from college. We decided to retire here because of the beauty of the beaches and because we enjoy watching children and adults alike having fun.

What makes this Condo unique

We take pride in our condo and we are responsive to any of guests' needs. Because we are local, we deal with our guests directly, from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. I offer 10% discount to active duty military. OORAH!!!
