This unit has recently undergone a total renovation, including new textured walls and tile floors, new lighting and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, crown molding throughout and a totally new decor. Enjoy the 51" TV in the living room, and the 32" flat screen TV in the bedroom. During the peak season this unit requires Saturday - Saturday weekly rentals only. From this unit you will also appreciate the very easy access from the parking lot and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

We have stayed quite a few times at Holiday Surf and Racquet over the years, first with our children and now with our grandchildren in a room nearby. And except for the time we had a red tide experience all have been very good. For kids and beach time it is a nice combination of beach access and nice rooms to stay in. Less of the hustle and bustle you see in other areas of Destin with its location.
Wonderful place to stay. Check in was easy. Had a great view of the ocean and beach. Our room was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.
Condo 220 was beautiful! It had everything we needed. Will be coming back.
We had a very pleasant experience. Our condo on the second floor was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our view of the gulf from the balcony was magnificent. There was a bit of a problem with the AC one day but it was handled professionally and fixed promptly. We definitely had an enjoyable time there.
We stayed here and were very happy with it! It was just as expected and described. Very clean and perfect for a small family! The view from the balcony was perfect! Will def stay here again!
