This is the place to stay if you crave a vacation with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the amenities of family friendly resort living. The unit is on the desirable 'Point', containing the units closest to the beach. Enjoy your ocean view from the living room or master bedroom or while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. It is an easy walk along the beach or through the town of Bethany Beach to the boardwalk.
Your three bedroom, two bath unit is on the 6th floor of Farragut House in Sea Colony East. This is a beautifully decorated condo with upgraded bathrooms and kitchen, with new appliances. Your unit has a refreshing look with a relaxed, comfortable feel. Each bedroom and The family room comes equipped with a TV, including several high definition TVs in the condo. There are VCRs, a DVD player, and the unit is wired for free internet access, both ethernet and wifi. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Linens and bath towels are included.
Sorry, smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a recreation fee of $12 to $40 (depending on dates) per person per week over 3 years of age.
Please be aware that we do rent from Sunday to Sunday during the Summer months.

We have stayed at Sea Colony Ocean front in the off season for the last 8 years. This Farragut house location was the best by far. Great communications with the owners from beginning to end. This spacious and clean 3 bedroom condo was perfect for the 2 of us, the master has a window that opens to the sounds of the Atlantic. Nice having your own bathroom and bedroom. Everything worked. The elevator is close to the rooms, but still quiet. This is the only condo location we are planning to return too. Eight nights were perfect. Thank you. Till next year.

The condo itself was very nice, with current appliances and furniture. Wi-fi was very powerful. The balcony provided a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The entire property was in excellent condition and very clean. Mobility for our Mom was no problem.
