Description

Our 13 floor corner apartment sits directly upon the beach in Luquillo. No roads to cross to obtain beach access, simply just walk down the steps directly upon our beach. To the left is La Pared one of the hottest surfing spots on the island, to the right is La Selva one of the longest undisturbed/undeveloped coastlines in all of Puerto Rico.  This gated twin building complex sits high upon a granite rock towering over the beach whose waves create a wonderful sound as they dissipate upon the sand. On-site is a gym, pool, game room for the kids, gazebo and much more. The complex offers 24 hour security and garaged parking. The unit has been decorated using only the finest furnishings. Of the 3 bedrooms two have KING Beds and the 3rd has a TWIN OVER FULL BUNK bed with a trundle. The bedrooms accommodate 8 people in total, 5 adults and 3 kids.

Why Mark Malchiodi chose La Pared
Direct Beach Front. The building sits on top of a large piece of granite jutting out into the ocean. The ground floor is 100 feet above sea level. There is always a breeze on the balcony where you can hear the waves crash hundreds of feet below. If you like to go for a walk you can walk for hours to the right of the property and see no one. It feels like you are shipwrecked on an island. Turn around and you can see waves for miles with a the rainforest as a back drop.
 
What makes this Condo unique
The rainforest is right behind the building. Drive for 15 minutes and you are already in it. I love the beach and watching the surfers.

The ocean views are amazing

This condo will accommodate a nice group of fiends (6) or family. The ocean views are amazing. The home isn’t in a bad location if you like nature and local culture. It’s a nice home but if you are use to upscale condos in the states then this may not be your place. The host is fair and responds reasonably.

Amazing view of the ocean. Great location- close to many beaches and the rainforest. Only downside is the dryer does not vent outside so it makes the apartment very hot when you run the dryer.

Staying at Mark's place was exactly as described. The views from every window are just amazing. My children enjoyed every single day at the beach. The private pool time was awesome. I'd definitely recommend his place and even stay again when I'm in Luquillo.

The location was great . Kioskos of luquillo are 3 mins away the beach is everywhere u go literally and lets not talk about the view AMAZING . The pool was very clean overall the apartment is great for the price . Would definitely stay again

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mark's apartment in January 2020. His check-in document made it very easy to get to and into the apartment on arrival and the suggestions for local attractions and restaurants were very helpful. The location is great as well. 7 minutes to the fantastic Luquillo Beach area and the local kiosks, a long row of seafood restaurants near the beach, and also a good launching off point for the El Yunque rainforest and the biluminescent bay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the neighbors and condo staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.
