I was born and raised in the central FL area, so Orlando is home to me! I work as a college professor for a master of occupational therapy program. I am also a proud UCF Knight - attending doctoral school and planning to graduate in 2020. I have one daughter, who just turned 8. My husband and I purchased this property in the end of October, 2016... it is not only an investment for us, but a place to create memories as a family. We loved the location, as it's a short drive to so many kid-friendly attractions. We also loved the beautiful clubhouse, and all the amenities offered by a community like champions gate.
What makes this House unique
You will feel right at home in this cozy, yet spacious, 5 bedroom villa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Three bedrooms feature a flat screen Samsung Smart 4k ultra hi-def TV, perfect for watching Netflix or Hulu at night. The home is decorated beautifully and all the furniture is high end and very comfortable. Linens and towels, soap and shampoo, laundry and dish detergent is included. The beds all have memory foam mattresses and tempur-pedic pillows. The windows are tinted to allow the home to stay cool in the FL sunshine, and keep the bright glare off the tv screens. The home comes with it's own plunge pool and hot tub, which can be heated for an additional fee. The pool is south-facing, which allows you to have maximum sun rays to work on your tan!.
