This 2-story home has a real "cabin-in-the-woods" feel. The main floor features a full kitchen, 1-full bath, an open living/dining area, a gas insert fireplace, and one bedroom with 1-queen bed. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, one bedroom with 1-full bed and 1-set of bunk beds, and a 3/4-bath. A daylight basement features a Foose Ball table, and a wonderful deck with a private HOT TUB and a gas grill provides spectacular mountain views! This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons. PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function properly.
Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. |

RESERVATIONS: CANCELLATIONS: If cancellation is received 21-days or greater prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. Cancellations received 20 through 15-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment*. Cancellations received with 14-days or less notice forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire rental period, in which case only the $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee shall be withheld, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. |
