You will be enchanted with the many Custom features thru-out the property. (Marble and Hardwood floors, Stonework, Granite counters, Wrought Iron rails, Cherry wood Cabinetry, etc)

The Formal Living room has a Fireplace, and Castle # 1 has a Grand Piano.

The Formal Dining room has a Custom Granite Dining table that seats 12 and functional for all of your catering needs and includes a Butler’s Pantry with formal dishes and stemware.

Our Chef’s kitchens include Wolfe appliances thru-out, 6 burner stove top with grill, 2 Sub-Zero Fridges, dual convection ovens, warming drawer, Keurig coffee maker, 2 dishwashers, walk-in pantry, the best Calphalon pots and pans and baking cookware/utensils available.

All Kitchen Nooks seats 8 comfortably.

Full Wet Bars allows you to serve all your guests the drinks of their choice.

The Great Rooms have a 10 piece sectional that seats 10- includes 3 recliners to enjoy the Big Screen HDTV and Fireplace.

The Library access off the Main Courtyard in Castle # 1 allows you to have business meetings without interrupting the affairs in the Castle.

There are a total of 3 laundry rooms: 1 located upstairs and 1downstairs (main floor) and 1 in the Guest house

The Main floor of each Castle property has (2) Master Suites, each with a King Bed, Fireplace, Breakfast bars and Entertainment Centers/TV’s and wireless internet.

***The second story of Castle # 1 has 6 Master/Guest Suites that include their own Private Bath and balconies with Queen Beds. (Two of the Guests suites each have 2 Queen beds.) Castle # 1 has a total of 8 Master/Guest suites in the main house, and a 2 Guest Suite, 1 bath, Guest House for a total of 10 Master/Guest Suites, 12 BA with 3 King beds and 10 Queen beds. 13 beds total. Upstairs is a Bonus room with Billiards and a wet bar and balcony with Strip views.

***The second story of Castle # 2 has 4 Master/Guest Suites upstairs -1 Suite has 1 King bed, 1 Suite has 1 Queen bed and 2 Suites have 2 Queen beds each. Castle # 2 has a total of 8 BR, 10 BA and includes 3 King beds and 6 Queen beds. The second story also has a Bonus room and balcony.

***Each Castle has a 2 Guest Suite, 1 Bath, Guest House with a full kitchen, laundry, and living room with fireplace. 1 Guest Suite has one Queen bed and the other Guest Suite has 2 Queen beds. These Guest Suite totals and beds are included in the total number of Guest Suites for each Castle.

Castle # 2 has a basement with a Billiard table, Poker table, TV, Wet bar and Entertaining Center with recliners.

Each Castle has:

A Custom pool with cascading water features and a separate above ground Jacuzzi with 40 jets that is hot 24/7 - no extra charge.

Gas BBQ with 2-drink fridges, seats up to 14.

Pool bath and shower.

Traveled to Las Vegas with 9 other couples (20 of us total)... we stayed at Castle #1 and we had a great time! The property is just off the strip... close enough to get there within minutes, far enough to have privacy. The home was very clean. Not brand new furnishings but well-maintained. Very good customer service... Annette was always available, any time of day, and very accomodating. Plenty of space for everyone! The pool & hottub was THE BEST. The only cons... a copy of instructions included in the "do's & dont's" for certain things would be VERY helpful (hottub sounds/operation; sound system thru home); also... it would be nice to have tv's in all the bedrooms. The tv's that do exist (in 2 of the 8 bedrooms and in living room) are dated. Overall... We would definitely recommend the property and would love to stay here again!!!!
