Snuggle-up to the fire in this 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 3/4-bath home. The first floor features one bedroom with 1-full size bed, a 3/4 bath, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a gas range / oven, a built-in dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and an open floor plan living / dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace...all augmented by ceramic tile and hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling. The second floor features one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, one full bath with an old fashion claw foot tub, and an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen size futon. Just outside is a very nice deck with a private outdoor hot tub and a gas grill. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 6 people (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. |

RESERVATIONS: CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is received 21-days or greater prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. Cancellations received 20 through 15-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment*. Cancellations received with 14-days or less notice forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire rental period, in which case only the $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee shall be withheld, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. |
