The first floor features a tiled mud room, an open bedroom/sitting area with one futon and 1-set of bunk beds, one full bath, and access to a mechanical room with a full size washer/dryer. The main floor features an open cedar planked living/dining room and breakfast bar with a cathedral ceiling, a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) and a sliding door onto a nice deck...perfect for spending lazy afternoons. The main floor also includes a fully equipped galley style kitchen, and one bedroom with 1-queen size bed. The top floor features an open loft with 1-queen size bed, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a 3/4-bath en-suite. This pet-friendly vacation cabin will sleep 8 to 10-persons. RESERVATIONS: CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is received 21-days or greater prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. Cancellations received 20 through 15-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment*. Cancellations received with 14-days or less notice forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire rental period, in which case only the $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee shall be withheld, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. |
