A beautiful Tutor style home located in Garrison Village, Old Town Niagara on the Lake. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The 2 back rooms have a large shared balcony( +$20)2 rooms have queen beds, one has2 extra long twins(king) Included is a full cold and warm breakfast and in season use of the saltwater swimming pool and garden terrace. There is also a large lounge area with TV and in the kitchen, fridge , coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
We're located within walking of several wineries and restaurants ,and we're a 5 minute drive, 25 minute walk from downtown and the Shaw Festival theatres and 17 minutes drive to Niagara Falls
we're close to bike paths, Niagara parkway,

in addition to their bedroom, guests have access to a large lounge area with fireplace, TV, sunroom, 2 dinning rooms, part of the kitchen,( beverages and fridge), outside numerous sitting areas, both open and covered, plus a large salt water pool with inside and outside shower, a 2 person steam shower and change area.
Interaction with guests
we are generally in or around at all times, providing information and help when needed, but there is plenty of space for privacy. We have our own private area.
