First floor 1/2 bath and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. second floor 5 bedrooms 3 of which have access to huge upper deck with awesome view 2 full baths on 2nd floor. A spiral staircase leads to a huge fiberglass deck access to private dock. Tiki Bar complete with granite counter sink and grill and hot tub to relax in after a long day!.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location with plenty of room for large families. Close to all major stores and main LBI island! Bill was super helpful and quick to reply to any questions/ concerns we had!
We found this to be a great location just off LBI. easy to get to everything, nice big house with room to spread out. Great back yard area for lounging, hanging out at the bar or jumping in the hot tub!
My family and I had a blast staying at this house. Right on the lagoon. We were able to swim, float, and kayak in it. The deck was awesome for entertaining. Overall, it was spacious and so much fun!.
Overall this was a great house. Check in was great. Dock in the back yard worked out perfectly, and as long as your respectful to the neighbors, everyone is friendly. We were there during a very hot week, and the air conditioning downstairs worked well. Two of the main bedrooms upstairs did get hot by morning. It seemed to work a little better after we closed the vents downstairs to try to force some of the cold air upstairs. Otherwise great house. I look forward to stopping by the neighbors for a drink one day!
I cannot say enough about this property. The location was spectacular. The house was spacious, clean, and full of amenities. We cannot wait to stay here again!
Great location. High end property. Awesome porch with fenced in area great for kids. Awesome electronic and Wi-Fi accessibility. We look forward to renting again.
I would definitely stay again and had some great food from right around the corner.
