The paradise for peace seekers who are ready to give up the usual comfort (TV, radio u. S.w). For this you will be compensated with peace, pure nature and a sensational panoramic view of the whole Lower Engadine! The chalet is located about 1.5 km outside of Sent towards Scuol. This 2-star chalet is well equipped and has been refurbished several times in recent years. All rooms in the ground floor and 1st floor are newly heated via a floor heating system. Also available since spring 2013, 220 volts (for Handylader) available. Room layout = on the ground floor: Homely living room with exit to the south balcony. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove and gas oven. 1 double bedroom. On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom. Basement (accessible from the living room via a small staircase): shower / WC / washbasin. Heating is via a gas central heating with outside gas tank. Strict smoking ban throughout the house. Wood stove can not be used by the guests. Access in summer and winter to the front of the chalet guaranteed (chains should be there in winter).
The access road is chargeable / Fr. 25 .-- per stay for each vehicle. This amount is included in the reported booking fee. Please let us know if you arrive with 2 vehicles, as only 1 street vignette will be delivered as standard.
