The apartment is very sunny and quiet location on the most beautiful views of Laax. Directly opposite the sun shined with views over the Laax Lake in the mountains. Suitable for 2 to 4 people. Beautiful walking and hiking trails right outside the apartment. About 6 minutes walk to the village with shops, restaurants and post office. The Laaxersee with idyllic outdoor swimming pool directly in front of the apartment is just steps minutes away. The apartment consists of 2 ½ rooms with 4 beds and an additional storeroom. In the bedroom with double bed and an additional box-double folding bed in the spacious living room. Large roof terrace with beautiful views. The apartment is very well suited for families with children. The nearby Laaxersee there are large playgrounds and regular attractions for children. The large indoor pool in the community Laax is only 2 minutes away.

In winter Laax is one of the most beautiful and biggest ski resorts in Switzerland. A few meters in front of the apartment there is a free children's lift. The large ski valley station Laax-Murschetg is achieved with the free ski bus in five minutes. The bus stop is a few minutes walk from the apartment. In good snow can shut down shortly before the tabernacle.
The apartment is located quietly and without any through traffic. Nevertheless, in walking distance to the lake and to the village and the ski center is quickly reached by free bus. Therefore ideal for a good rest.
