We are a family of parents, grandparents and 14 month old grandchild who stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was in a very convenient area with amenities nearby. It was also on a quiet street. It was easy to ge tto from the airport using public transport. The apartment itself had ample accommodation and was comfortable and well equipped. Santiago was very helpful and easy to contact when we had queries. Check in and chick out was easy. We would recommend this apartment for a stay in Madrid.
I stayed in the apartment with my parents, who are 68. We enjoyed the apartment very much, as it is equiped with all we needed, it was located closer to restaurants, subway station, supermarkets and a few blocks from La Gran Via where you can also take the tourist red bus. Santiago and Mariangel were helpful and kind, and had the flexibility to receive us as we were arriving earlier than check in time. There is a restaurant just aside the building where we had breakfast during our stay and reasonable priced. If you are looking for a great location this is the place.
