This lovely apartment, with a total area of 120m2 and parquet flooring, is located in the real heart of Barcelona, in a peaceful street next to the University of Barcelona and its beautiful gardens. This street has a large number of bars with terraces where, especially during the spring and summer, you will be able to enjoy a refreshing drink and chat with your friends without missing the opportunity of being in the centre of Barcelona.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two twin beds. All 3 bedrooms are large and sunny, as is the living-room, which has a chill-out area with two sofas and chest of drawers, and an eating area with a large glass table with chairs right next to the window. There is a separate kitchen, which comes equipped with all the mod-cons, such as a microwave, a dishwasher, a juicer and a toaster.
Amongst the apartment's facilities, you will find Internet connection, a TV, a DVD-player, a radio and a Hifi-system.
Lastly, in order to guarantee guests the maximum in terms of comfort, the apartment has two fully-equipped bathrooms, both with bath.

We loved this place. It fit our needs perfectly (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lift). The hosts were great and helped us get in safely even when we unexpectedly ran late for check in and our cell phone died. We enjoyed cooking together in the well appointed kitchen, got some laundry done, and enjoyed spending time with family at both the kitchen and dining tables. Loved this place. Great location too.
Lovely, authentic Barcelona! Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Lots of eating establishments nearby. Easy access to hop-on hop-off bus. Owner very easy to work with. Loved the fact that apartment was very safe.
If you want to be in the middle of all the action of the city, this is the place to stay. But at the same time it is quiet as it faces the rear of the building on the 6th floor. Beautiful small balcony with a great view. Awesome location. Anyone who complains about this apartment is a snob. Owner and cleaners were very considerate of our check in and check out times since we were dealing with strange flight times and small children. I highly recommend this apartment.
We really enjoyed staying here. We "check-ed in" at night, and got instructions to pickup the key from a location. It was fun to figure out, and the taxi driver was nice enough to make the stop along the way. We really liked the accommodation and clean rooms and sheets. We picked up milk, eggs, and bread from a local market and had a wonderful breakfast at home before exploring the city. We really enjoyed this place.
