Very nice apartment in Paral-lel with very good location. You can walk almost to every important sight in the city and all amenities are easily reached. Apt was very tidy, kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. The block is quiet, you live like a local people there without crowds and noise. The Apt is really very good value for your money comparing the quality and location. The owner Pierre and his friend Cassia were both very helpful and kind persons, thank you very much for both of you helping us to have a great week in Barcelona!

We recently completed a 1 week stay in this Barcelona apartment and it was as good or better than advertised. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 8 including 4 children. The 2 showers were a great benefit when returning from the beach. The apartment is very clean and the place was spotless. The terace was useful for dining and evening relaxation. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. The bus and metro stations are just downstairs. Pierre, the owner, was extremely helpful on arrival and departure. He provided a lot of good tips on restaurants, shopping and things to see. Would highly recommend this for a comfortable vacation in Barcelona.
