Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Puyallup with 2/3 acre back yard. 700 sq ft Daylight basement turned into a posh modern pad with private patio, separate entrance at back of home. Comfortable queen size posturpedic bed in bedroom, queen size sofa sleeper and 2 single futons (best for kids) for extra sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, Ninja coffee maker, microwave (no dishwasher). Large backyard for playing games or just relaxing. A few steps away is a nice teak table and 4 chairs to enjoy table games or a meal. The house has a great view of the valley and to the west of Tacoma and the Olympic Mountains. We are 5 minutes from The Washington State Fairgrounds and Good Samaritan Hospital. Great accommodations if you have a short term work assignment or are transitioning to or from the area like Costco, REI or JBLM. Uber is a really popular way of getting around. We are also just a few minutes from the Sounder Train Station in Sumner.

The location was perfect (we had an event at the Puyallup fairgrounds). Kim was a gracious hostess. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a nice place to walk. I hope she will have us again if we return next year!
The suite was really well equipped and super comfortable.
We came to Washington from Texas to visit our daughter and her family, and attend our grandson's wedding. The apartment was perfect for us and was very well kept. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The owners were very involved and concerned about our comfort. The whole experience fit our needs perfectly.
