The apartment is very charming, private (no neighbors have a view of the apartment), and includes a large bedroom with a desk, a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and lots of drawer storage; an elegantly furnished living room with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen and a washing machine and a gas dryer. The bathroom has a vanity and a glass-walled shower over a tub. HDTV, a Sonos music player, and high-speed WiFi are included. The apartment also has a very private large patio with a table for 4 persons, a large market umbrella with lighting, a fountain and a gas BBQ. A garage is included. |

Cozy one bedroom over the garage. Very handy to town. Very nice and accommodating owner. Great for two adults.
I rented this apartment out for five months and it was absolutely delightful. The furnishings are as top of the line as they get from the bedding to the couches to the tables. The interior is light and refreshing and several guests commented that it always made them feel relaxed and happy- and I have to agree. It's so close to Main Street in St. Helena, you can walk to get anything you need and pretty much anything you would want. There isn't a ton of living and entertaining space so I recommend it for those looking to explore Napa and want a wonderful place to relax and rest and spend minimal time at home...although the patio is one of the best ways to spend your breakfast or for an evening glass of wine. The neighborhood is lovely and very safe and it's central to everything in the valley so although I lived there for an extended amount of time, I would recommend to people here on quick visits and there for extended work trips (like I was) alike. One of my favorites places I've lived in to date!
This lovely garage apartment is just a few minutes walk from restaurants, shopping and groceries Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Everything inside was very clean, tasteful and well maintained.
