Its great location provides very easy access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more.
The whole apartment has brand new, extra shiny white porcelain tile.

The second bedroom has 3 twin beds, a 42' LED flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. It also has a separate full bathroom access.

Just as in the photos the apartment was clean, and I got exactly what a paid for. Ms Zegen responded right away and was very pleasant. I would deffinently rent again.
This place looks exactly like the pictures in Homeaway. The area is very secured and loved the location. Traffic is heavy but it did not bother us. There are many restaurants and things to do. Adriana is very nice she provided a crib and high chair for our granddaughter. I would definitely rent this again. Thank you again Adriana, we loved your place.
Adriana is always right there for anything and we thank her. We enjoyed the proximity to Adventura Mall and exercise trail.
The apartment we rented was very comfortable and with everything you need to have a great time. It is in a beautiful, comfortable and safe area. 3 blocks away is the Aventura Mall. Adriana received us and was aware of each of our needs so that our stay could not be better. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful marine environment. We hope to return and we thank Adriana for her warmth, support and sympathy.
This apartment has everything you need. It's in a great, convenient, safe area. The good thing is the owner lives just 5 minutes away so if you encounter any problems, then she will sort out immediately. The other residents were extremely friendly. There were no problems at all finding a sunbed in the pool area, this was spotlessly clean and well maintained. A great base if you want to explore Miami and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back. Thank you Adriana!
